The brand-new Circle feature for Twitter has been made available, Know more
A day after developing the “Circle” function to let users exchange their tweets with closed groups of up to 150 people, social media giant Twitter Inc. has now made the eagerly expected “Edit Tweet” option available to internal employees as a trial. The Edit button, which according to Twitter was the most frequently requested feature so far, will soon be made available to users of Twitter Blue subscriptions.
Users had to delete the tweet in order to make changes to a tweet on Twitter because there was no edit option, unlike other social networking networks like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The brand-new Circle feature for Twitter has been made available to all users and is compatible with PCs, Android phones, and iOS gadgets. This new function is comparable to Instagram’s Close Friends feature in that it lets users choose which audience they wish to share a tweet with. No matter whether the recipients are following the users or not, users will be able to create groups of up to 150 persons to whom they want to send tweets. However, tweets sent to these groups cannot be forwarded by other users. Additionally, Twitter advises that you unfollow, mute, or block someone if they have added you to their circle but you do not want to view their tweets.
