Twitter Blue Reaches 290K Subscribers Globally as of Mid January: Here’s More About it
Twitter had re-launched its Twitter Blue on the 12th of December 2o22, giving the users access to more features in Twitter including the blue check mark.
Now, as per a recent Twitter post, Twitter Blue has reached 290K subscribers globally.

Elon Musk owned Twitter had brought back the companies Twitter Blue subscription in December of 2022. The subscribed Twitter users where be able to enjoy features like 1080 pixels video uploads, an edit tweet option, reader mode and had also received the blue check mark on their accounts as long as they remain subscribed to the service.
The Twitter Blue subscribed users also where able to see prioritized tweets from verified Twitter users and only had to see half the ads when compared to the other non-subscribed Twitter users.
As per a recent post on Twitter, we understand that the Twitter users who have subscribed to the Twitter Blue service has reached 290K subscribers globally as of mid January, 2023. This statistics however does not include the users of Saudi Arabia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal who have recently received the service.

The revenue Twitter is currently generating from its Twitter Blue service has also rose by over 400% ever since its take over by Elon Musk. The numbers of the Twitter verified users has also doubled since November, 2022.
With Twitter Blue, the company had also introduced two new check marks apart from the blue check mark for verified personal accounts. The company now has gold check marks for business accounts and grey check marks for government and other multi-lateral accounts.
Twitter users can still subscribe to the Twitter Blue service by paying an amount of $8 on iOS and $11 on Android devices.
