Vivo X200 Pro – Display Fitting Issue Pointed Out by Indian User

As per what this Indian user(@Amircha12191640) of the latest Vivo X200 Pro device has revealed, the entire glue of the display is visible when looking at the side of it. He has actually criticized the work of Vivo done on one of its flagship models, and shares his worry on how this would hinder the IP68/IP69-rated dust and water resistance capability.

It has further been added that on visiting the brand’s service center, the customer care executive did not seem to understand the issue and suggested that there are no problems on the device. However, if a display issue is caused, with the absence of the IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance capability, it is obvious that the customer care executive would possibly say that there has been a liquid damage and warranty can’t be claimed.

Just to add, via this X post, Vivo India might have understood the gravity of the matter and has asked the respective X200 Pro user to contact them in a private message. Let’s wait and see what the brand has to say regarding the issue.
