POCO India launched POCO X5 Pro in India today and this phone has come to the outrage of customers. A Twitter user Madan Gaikwad shared a screenshot that showed the POCO users’ outrage. This screenshot belongs to the comment section of the POCO X5 Pro phone review video on his YouTube channel with the name Madan Gaikwad. In the screenshot of the comment section one of the users has written “don’t buy POCO” whereas the other has written “POCO= Problem”.
One of the users has also written “don’t trust POCO phone, upgrade ke baad phone degrade( after the update it degrade)”. The Twitter user who shared the screenshot wrote “POCO X5 Pro ke upper video me 70% negative comments, ab buyers ko trust Nahi raha”.

The reason behind this outrage is poor customer service and update issues. As soon as POCO X2 users updated their POCO phones to MIUI 12.5.6 they started getting problems with their phones. Some of the users reported the no longer touch response by their phone after updating while others faced slow charging issues. These were not the only issues that they were facing some of the users also faced problems with their cameras.

When their problems were not resolved and responded they were left with no option but to criticize POCO for its poor service and updates that slow down the phone.
So as soon as its new phone arrived in the market it showed its outrage in its comment section and reviews.
