YouTuber MKBHD And Elon Musk Stopped Following Each Other On X: Tesla Cybertruck Could Be The Reason

Tesla Cybertruck has grabbed a lot of attention online even before its official launch in the industry. Meanwhile, after the Cybertruck made its way into the market, it was wanted by many consumers.  Famous YouTuber, Marques Brownlee, known by his handler name MKBHD also purchased this Cybertruck he has also posted a review video for the vehicle calling it Already Iconic.

Well, a recent Instagram story of the YouTuber has created a lot of havoc in the tech world where he posted about selling his Cybertruck. Users started raising questions on different social media platforms related to this as many Tesla fans showed their displeasure on this while many questioned whether Brownlee got permission to sell Cybertruck from Tesla.

This is because the company introduced a no-resale clause for this vehicle and has also banned some Cybertruck resellers from buying another Cybertruck. One user on the X platform posted the screenshot of Brownlee’s story and asked the reason for selling the vehicle. Interestingly MKBHD  replied to this post revealing the reason.

As per the YouTuber, he liked the Rivian better. Another user when questioned that he likes how Rivian drives itself better or that it’s safer? Brownlee replied that We all know FSD is better than Rivian’s, but people on this site act like it’s the #1 buying factor for regular people when it’s not.

Well, it was expected that Tesla might react to this reselling of Cybertruck but instead of that Elon Musk seems to have been affected by Brownlee selling Cybertruck. This is because after Brownlee posted this story, both Brownlee and Musk unfollowed each other on the X platform, though it is not clear who unfollowed first.

This once again caught a lot of attention from users as some commented that Brownlee must be regretting selling Cybertruck while some also said that Musk’s ego got hurt after the Cybertruck was sold.
