Xiaomi 14 series, iQOO 12 series among first smartphone series to receive Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor revealed tipster

Qualcomm will announce its much-awaited Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor during the Snapdragon summit from October 24 to October 26 in Hawaii. Ahead of its launch a significant amount of information has come out important though contradicts at some point. We will see that later but before that let’s check out something more interesting.

Just recently a tipster named DCS has revealed the name of those phone series that will incorporate the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. As per the tipster’s latest Weibo post, Xiaomi 14 series, OnePlus 12, iQOO 12 series, Realme GT 5 Pro, Meizu 21 series, Red Magic 9 series, Honor Magic 6 series, Find X7 series will come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.

These will be the first batch of smartphones that will incorporate this latest processor. A few days back the same tipster revealed the AnTuTu score of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

The scores revealed that a major improvement would be seen in GPU, though later Revengus named tipster sharing DCS’ another post wrote “As DCS has said before, the 8 Gen 3’s GPU looks like a 40% increase in benchmarks, but it’s hard to feel the performance increase in real-world use.

Especially in the low-load bands, the Adreno 750 doesn’t show much improvement over the Adreno 740”.
