Xiaomi, a global technology brand, is now introducing Xiaomi Priority Club. Xiaomi is aiming to fulfill its commitment to offer end-to-end premium experiences to its users. The Xiaomi Priority Club will offer seamless ownership and service experience.

Some of the services that the Xiaomi Priority Club will offer are as follows.

This new venture by Xiaomi will allow users to avail exclusive benefits that can enhance their customer service experience. Xiaomi Priority Club will also give a customer the option of availing priority online appointments and expedited service at service centers.

The service will also offer complimentary pick-up and drop services for mobile repairs. The service will also offer half-yearly checkups and software updates.

Customers will now be able to enjoy the convenience of prompt callbacks from customer support and direct chat access to knowledgeable agents.

Xiaomi Priority Club is presenting its services only to Xiaomi’s premium phones in the first phase. This includes the recently launched Xiaomi 14 Series – Xiaomi 14 Ultra and Xiaomi 14. Along with them, the services will also be available for Xiaomi 13 Pro, Xiaomi 12 Pro, and Mi 11 Ultra.

And that’s not all of it, Xiaomi Priority Club service is also rolled out for users with the Mi QLED TV 75, Xiaomi OLED Vision TV 55, and Xiaomi Smart TV X 65.
