The Sony ZV-E1 uses AI-based subject recognition technology. This feature automatically crops the frame to keep the subject in a prominent position while shooting movies.
The CMOS Exmor R full-frame sensor features AF transition speed with 7-speed settings, which is excellent for creating rack focus effects, and AF Subject Shift Sensitivity, which has 5 sensitivity settings that define how efficient AF will be.
The ZV-E1 can accurately recognize a subject to focus on with real-time tracking and the innovative AI processing unit. In the new Dynamic Active Mode, sophisticated electronic stabilization may now work in conjunction with the camera’s 5-axis optical in-body image stabilization technology.
The Dynamic Active Mode is approximately 30% more effective than the previous Active Modes in the former versions. With the Multiple Face Recognition, the camera will automatically adjust bokeh and focus on multiple recognized faces in group shots.
The ZV-E1 is capable of capturing 4K videos in-camera at up to 120 frames per second. The smooth x slow-motion imagery in QFHD resolution with AF and up to 10x slow motion with full HD quality at 240fps is also possible in this camera.
