The Vivo V21s 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 800U SoC and runs on the Android 12 operating system. The Vivo V25 on the other hand is powered by the MediaTek MT6877 Density 900 (6 nm) chipset and runs on Android v.12.
Display
Both devices feature a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2404 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz.
Camera
Vivo V25 has a triple camera setup in the rear with a 64MP wide camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP depth camera. Vivo V21s has the same rear camera setup.
In the front, Vivo V25 has a 50MP front camera whereas the Vivo V21s falls back with a 44MP front camera.
Battery
Vivo V21s will have a battery backup of 4000 mAh with a 33W fast charging feature. However, the Vivo V25 has a better backup of 4500 mAh and supports fast charging of 44W.
