Apple’s Mixed Reality Headphones

Apple had been working on this concept for about seven years and the device was to release in 2019. But later it was postponed to 2020 and then to 2021 and 2022. The company has now decided to launch it this spring before the Annual Worldwide Developers Conference in June.

The Apple Mixed Reality Headphones will have its own operating system which inside the company is called as “Borealis” but will be known in public as xrOS. The device will also have its own app store and dedicated chipsets as well.

As per reports says, the device is under testing and has been sent to various high profile developers to start with the third party applications. The upcoming device might also get named as Reality Pro according to the report.

Apple is working on its hardware, software and its services and is treating the Mixed Reality Headphones as their best innovation for this year. Most of Apple’s resources are also being used to make this happen and thus there might not be other great plans for the company this year.

Other Plans of Apple in 2023

Apart from the new MacBook Pros with M2 Pro and M2 Max chips and the possible iPhone 15 series smartphones, the company might not be having much plans in 2023.

Apple other than this, has raised the price of battery change for its devices and the new change will come into effect on the 1st of March, 2023.

The company is also working on its Apple Store app to introduce an augmented reality feature. The users by this will be able to scan a device and get the complete specifications and price of the device they have scanned through the app itself.
