Motorola Edge 30 Ultra vs OnePlus 11: Does the OnePlus Device Outperform the Motorola Smartphone?

Comparing the two devices, based on the overall specifications, it has turned out that Motorola’s Edge 30 Ultra smartphone launched in 2022 is in some way better than the more recently launched OnePlus 11 smartphone.

Looking at the processors of the two devices, the OnePlus 11 smartphone has the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset onboard, and the Edge 30 Ultra device from Motorola is equipped with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. Both the smartphones have similar primary clock speeds and will be offering a comparable performance to their users.

Coming to the displays, Motorola’s Edge 30 Ultra smartphone features a 6.67″ P-OLED display, whereas the OnePlus 11 smartphone has an LTPO3 Fluid AMOLED display panel. The display of the OnePlus device has a higher screen resolution(1440 x 3216 pixels), and the Motorola smartphone supports a faster refresh rate(144Hz).

About the cameras, both the devices sport triple camera setups at its rear, with the same type camera lenses. The Motorola smartphone has a better 200MP main camera and a better 50MP ultrawide lens. The OnePlus device, on the other hand, has the best 32MP telephoto camera.

For the front-facing cameras, the Motorola device has a 60MP front camera, while the OnePlus device only has a 16MP selfie camera.

Finally, to the battery backup, the OnePlus device packs a larger battery of 5000 mAh, when compared to the 4610 mAh battery backed within the Motorola smartphone. But, regarding the charging features, the Motorola device has a faster 125W fast charge support, 50W wireless charging support, and a 10W reverse wireless charging support. The OnePlus device only support a 100W/80W fast charge feature.

So, as mentioned, in terms of the overall specifications, the older Motorola Edge 30 Ultra smartphone is to be considered a better smartphone device than the OnePlus 11 flagship device launched early this year.
