Now by looking at the performance of the three devices, it is very evident that among the three, the Galaxy M04 offers the best performance while the other two devices offer a comparatively lower performance.
Coming to the displays, the Nokia C32 and the Moto E13 smartphones use an IPS LCD display panel whereas the Galaxy M04 uses a PLS LCD display panel. Even though there is this difference, all three devices have the same screen sizes and the same screen resolutions.
About the cameras offered, of the three, the Nokia C32 offers the best cameras both at its rear and front. The device has a 50MP dual camera setup and an 8MP front-facing camera to offer its users. The Galaxy smartphone too has a dual camera setup but with a 13MP main camera. The Moto E13 only has a 13MP main camera at its rear. For selfies, the Motorola smartphone and the Galaxy device have the same 5MP selfie camera.

If it is a smartphone with better cameras that you prefer, then it is the Nokia C32 that you should buy.
