Looking at the performance of the two smartphones, the Nothing Phone 1 is capable of offering a better performance than the Galaxy A54 5G smartphone. The Nothing Phone 1 has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ 5G (6 nm) chipset equipped within and has a primary clock speed of 2.5 GHz. The Galaxy A54 5G on the other hand has the brand’s own Exynos 1380 (5 nm) chipset which has a primary clock speed of 2.4 GHz.

When the Galaxy A54 5G offers a Super AMOLED display, the Nothing Phone 1 only brings an OLED display for its users. However, the Nothing Phone 1 has a larger display of 6.55″ compared to the 6.4″ display offered in the Galaxy A54 5G smartphone. Both the devices have same refresh rates and similar screen resolutions of 120Hz and 1080 x 2400 pixels, respectively.

So in comparing the two, the Nothing Phone 1 offers a slightly better performance, larger display, better ultra wide angle camera and brings better fast charging features. The Samsung Galaxy A54 5G smartphone on the other hand has an additional 5MP macro camera, a better selfie camera and a better battery backup.
