Samsung had launched its Galaxy S23 series smartphones on the 1st of February in their Unpacked Event and the pre-bookings of the smartphones had started on the 2nd of February, 2023. The series includes the Galaxy S23, the S23 Plus and the S23 Ultra smartphones.

All the smartphones in Samsung’s S23 series were launched with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset which has a primary clock speed 3.36GHz and the smartphones operates on Samsung’s latest One UI 5.1 custom user interface which is based on the Android 13 operating system.
The difference between the three smartphones is in its screen size, rear camera and in the battery capacity offered in the smartphones.
The Galaxy S23 smartphone offers its users a Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a screen size of 6.1 inches. The Galaxy S23 Plus and the Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphones offers the same display type with a much larger screen size of 6.6 and 6.8 inches respectively.
The S23 and the S23 Plus smartphones on the rear has a triple camera setup which has a 50MP main camera along with a 10MP telephoto camera and a 12MP ultrawide camera whereas the S23 Ultra smartphone has a quad camera setup with a main camera of 200MP along with a 10MP periscope telephoto camera, another 10MP telephoto camera and a 12MP ultrawide camera.
Of the three smartphones, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphone offers the best battery capacity of 5000 mAh. The Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus smartphone offers battery backups of 3900 mAh and 4700 mAh respectively.
The Galaxy S23 also doesn’t have ultra wideband support whereas the two other smartphones, the Galaxy S23 Plus and the S23 Ultra smartphones have the ultra wideband support. The Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphone also come equipped with an S-pen along with the smartphone.
There is also a huge price difference between the smartphones as well. The Galaxy S23 Ultra, which is the high end smartphone of the series is priced at a starting price of Rs. 1,24,999 whereas The S23 Plus starts at a price of Rs. 94,999. The Galaxy S23 is the smartphone which is priced the least, at a starting price of Rs. 74,999.
