Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 Smart Band Spotted on India’s BIS Certification Platform
Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Fit 3 smart band has already made the news with its recently leaked render images and following this, we have spotted the upcoming smart band device on the BIS certification platform of India.
Here’s more about it.
Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 – BIS Certification
The upcoming Galaxy Fit 3 smart band from Samsung has just been listed on the BIS database with the model number – “SM-R390”, and has been granted the BIS certification dated 10-11-2023.
Even if nothing in particular about the smart band has been revealed via the database, the BIS listing confirms one thing. The Galaxy Fit 3 smart band will also be making its way to the Indian market as well.
To add, two months back, in the month of September of 2023, the smart band with the same model number of “SM-R390” was also spotted on the FCC certification platform, along with its schematic image.
Now coming to the leaked render images, as pointed out from the schematic image prior, the render images reveal a larger display screen with a metallic case. The straps are non-removable and a functional button is given at the right of the device.
Speaking more about the smart band, reports claim the device runs on the Android operating system instead of the usual RTOS-based operating system. The smart band will also support various health monitors, as well as exciting new features.
The leaked render images featured the smart band in a Pink color shade (Rose Gold metal case and Light Pink straps). We can expect Samsung to make the device available in more colors too, including a Black color choice.
Stay tuned for more updates.
