Vivo X100 Series to Support LPDDR5T RAM, iQOO 12 Pro to Support Ultrasonic Fingerprint Scanner: Reveals Tipster
The Chinese smartphone makers, Vivo and iQOO, are expected to launch their flagship X100 series and 12 series(respectively) next month and now, a tipster has pointed to two specifications that the upcoming smartphones will have.

Vivo X100 Series & iQOO 12 Pro – Specs Tipped
This update comes from the Chinese tipster on the Weibo platform, Digital Chat Station, who has shared that the upcoming Vivo X100 series smartphones, comprising of the vanilla X100 and X100 Pro devices, will be featuring an LPDDRT RAM support with an increased reading speed of 13% when compared to the LPDDR5X RAM.
The tipster further has also added that the two upcoming Vivo smartphones will be the first to feature it, and along with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset and the UFS 4.0 storage, a powerful performance triangle will be formed.
As mentioned, one of the specifications of the upcoming iQOO 12 Pro smartphone has also been tipped. As per what has been revealed by the tipster, amongst all the Vivo and iQOO devices that are soon to have their launch, only the iQOO 12 Pro device will have an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, while all the others will only support an optical fingerprint sensor.
Regarding the launch, the iQOO 12 series is now confirmed to have its debut on the 7th of November 2023, as suggested before, and the Vivo X100 series is rumored to be unveiled on the third week of November, next month. The 3C certification both the X100 series smartphones have received is however pointing to an imminent launch.
