James Webb Space Telescope captured the spectacular image of space that left experts awestruck

There have been a number of space satellites and telescopes in history which have sent us spectacular pictures of endless space. Every time we get to see a space image it creates a sense of awe in us. This time James Webb Space Telescope JWST sent an image of intracluster light of the cluster SMACS -J0723-7327 captured by NIRCAM camera. Stars seen in pictures are not easy to be found as these stars wander off into intergalactic space because of the force between galaxies.

The light emitted by these stars is called intracluster light which is extremely faint. That’s what makes this image more valuable than any other image ever taken. These stars follow the gravitational field of the cluster that is going to be instrumental in tracing the distribution of dark space. The image that was obtained eventually was the result of extensive data that was processed by experts.

James Webb Telescope conducts infrared astronomy that helped to capture such spectacular images that cannot be captured by normal camera telescopes. It is the largest optical telescope in space that can view so far in space that it’s almost like peeping in the past. With this milestone expectations with this telescope have increased. It would be interesting to see a telescope revealing the past layer by layer to us.
