#NASAMoonSnap: NASA asks people to share their moon inspired content to mark the launch of Artemis I

NASA’s Artemis I, is set to be launched soon. It will be the first flight test of the Integrated Orion spacecraft and the Space Launch System (SLS) rocket. Artemis I will travel a distance of 40,000 miles beyond the Moon and back. On the second flight test, Artemis II, the space organization will send humans to lunar orbit.

These flight tests will pave way for a new generation of astronauts. The new generation of astronauts in the future Artemis missions will include the first woman and the first person of color to step foot on the lunar surface.

In the Artemis I mission, the Orion spacecraft will capture views of the Earth and the Moon whilst it travels between the two. This will be done through the spacecraft’s internal and external cameras.

The whole world will be anticipating the views that this mission will bring back. We will be flooded with pretty Moon Snaps. Artists will be inspired with new energies to create moon inspired art and illustrations.

Going along with this anticipation, NASA stated it wants to see, hear and experience everyone’s Moon inspired content. This includes individuals’ Moon photographs, Moon inspired music, Moon recipes, Moon nail art, Moon makeup tutorials and everything else. Netizens are asked to share their Moon inspired content with the hashtag #NASAMoonSnap to mark this monumental milestone.
