Registration for NASA PACE mission Social Media Credential closes on 19 December 2023, 3 pm EST
NASA’s latest development, the PACE mission is scheduled to launch no earlier than February 6, 2024. PACE stands for Plankton, Aerosol, Cloud Ocean Ecosystem. The PACE mission will be launched on a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida.
NASA in its recent updates announced an invitation to digital content creators to register to attend the launch of the PACE mission. The registration line for the same was opened on 14 December 2023. The last date to register is December 19, 2023, at 3 p.m. EST.

NASA is planning on selecting a maximum of 50 social media users for the three-day event. NASA will also provide them with news media access.
As a NASA Social participant, you can view the launch of the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket and PACE spacecraft. Along with it, you can tour NASA facilities at Kennedy Space Center; have interactions with PACE subject matter experts, and meet other fellow space enthusiasts.

The PACE mission aims to improve NASA’s satellite observation endeavors, which they have been consistently carrying out for about 20 years.
