If those landings go well, then human landings may start as soon as 2029, although 2031 is more likely. https://t.co/JRBB95sgNN

Musk has announced that SpaceX’s Starship rocket will depart for Mars at the end of next year with Tesla humanoid robot, Optimus onboard. He mentioned that if those landings go well, then human landings may start as soon as 2029, or most likely in 2031.
Elon Musk has many times shared his thoughts and plans for governance on Mars. Last year on X, Musk addressed this topic when he shared to establish a human colony on Mars, envisioning it as crucial for humanity’s long-term survival in case of catastrophic events on Earth. Not only this, he also proposed a direct democracy for governance on the red planet.
Reportedly Musk’s space agency SpaceX is actively developing the technology required for colonizing Mars, including advanced spacecraft and infrastructure to support human life on Mars. Let’s see when this long-stressed mission will be taken into action and if will Musk be able to achieve this frequently talked about goal as per the planned timeline.
