Samsung Galaxy M02 Expected to launch on January 7th, Priced Under Rs. 10,000
Samsung Galaxy M02 launch in India is scheduled for January 7 and will be priced under Rs. 10,000, Samsung has reported. The dedicated phone microsite is now available live on the Samsung India website. The organization has shared some of the requirements for the Galaxy M02. The forthcoming phone has already been featured on numerous certification websites in the past. Samsung says the Galaxy M02 will bring the best of gaming, downloading, searching, and photography experience. This will be the first time the Samsung Galaxy 4GB RAM phone has been launched under Rs. 10,000.
Price in India
Samsung India’s website has been revamped with a dedicated microsite announcing that the Samsung Galaxy M02 will be unveiled at 1 pm IST on January 7th. The phone will be priced under Rs. 10,000 and will be the first Galaxy 4GB RAM phone to be sold at that price point.
Samsung also shared that the phone would have a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity V Touchscreen, 4GB RAM, and 5,000mAh battery backup. The microsite also has relatively thick bezels all along and a thicker chin. Control and volume keys are on the right side.
Previous reports indicated that the Samsung Galaxy M02 will fuel the Snapdragon 450 SoC and have a 3GB RAM and 32GB capacity version. The phone is said to have a triple rear camera set up with a 13-megapixel main sensor and two other 2-megapixel sensors. It could also allow fast charging 15W via a Micro-USB socket.
Late in November, the Samsung Galaxy M02 support page went live on the official SM-M025F/DS model website. The handset was also found in the Geekbench list showing the phone running on Android 10.
