After Oppo Pad 3 Pro, now Oppo Pencil 2 Pro spotted on the Malaysian SIRIM certification

We recently spotted the Oppo Pad 3 Pro on the SIRIM certification, along with the Oppo Enco Air 4. It now seems that Oppo might be launching the Pad 3 Pro with a new stylus called the Oppo Pencil 2 Pro, as it has also been spotted on the same SIRIM certification.

We found it listed with the model number OPN2401 and the moniker Oppo Pencil 2 Pro. Other than this, the certification doesn’t provide much detail about its specs. If you recall, the Oppo Pad 2 came with the Oppo Pencil in March of last year in China. Based on this listing, it seems that after one year, we will see a new stylus from Oppo with Pro branding.

The way it has been spotted along with the Oppo Pad 3 Pro suggests that it will likely be launching alongside the Oppo Pad 3 Pro. However, it is still too early to speculate on what specs it may come with.

Also in the news is the vanilla variant, the Oppo Pad 3, which is speculated to come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. Hopefully, now that it has been spotted on one of the certifications, we will hear more about it in the news soon.
