Alleged Tecno Phantom V2 Flip Spotted On FCC Certification Website; Key Details Of The Device Revealed
Tecno’s sub-brand Phantom last year officially unveiled its first-ever flip smartphone in global as well as Indian markets- Tecno Phantom V Flip. The brand is now rumored to be working on the successor of this flip smartphone which may be called Tecno Phantom V2 Flip.
Today a Tecno flip device with model number AE11 has been spotted on the FCC certification website and this device is assumed to be the rumored Tecno Phantom V2 Flip.
The database reveals the schematic design of the device which showcases that the upcoming device will be arriving with a different cover display. Tecno Phantom V Flip featured a circular cover display while the above image reveals that the Phantom V2 Flip will sport a rectangular cover display with two circular camera rings and LED flashlight. Volume and Power buttons are present on the right side of the device.
The FCC listing further reveals that the upcoming device will be backed by 4590mAh rated battery value (3410mAh+1180mAh) while it is assumed that the typical value could be around 4700mAh battery. While the device will support 70W fast charging which is 25W more than its predecessor. The upcoming device is revealed to support GSM/LTE/WCDMA/WLAN connectivity options while it will also arrive with NFC support.
This device was also previously spotted on Geekbench which revealed that the smartphone will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8020 SoC and will run on Android 14 OS. The device has also bagged the EEC certification. In the coming days, we might come across some more details regarding this upcoming flip smartphone.
