Alleged Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro Smartphone Spotted on the 3C Certification Database, Revealing its Wired Charging Spec

Xiaomi’s next Civi 5 Pro smartphone (alleged) seems to have made it to China’s 3C certification database. Via this certification listing, its possible wired charging spec has also been revealed.

Alleged Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro – 3C Certification

This Xiaomi upcoming smartphone device that bears the model number of ‘25067PYE3C’ has received the 3C certification with the certificate number of ‘2025011606765873’. The certification platform categorizes the device as a ‘5G digital mobile phone’ and its certification will only be valid till the 30th of August 2027. Also, a charging adapter with the model number – ‘MDY-15-EQ’ has also been listed on the 3C database, and the device is revealed to support a 67W wired fast charging feature.

As mentioned above, this Xiaomi ‘25067PYE3C’ smartphone that has now been spotted on the 3C certification database is believed to be the brand’s next Civi 5 Pro model.

Just like last year (Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro was re-branded as Xiaomi 14 Civi in global markets), this time too the brand is expected to re-brand its Civi 5 Pro smartphone as the 15 Civi for its global audience. Additionally, the Xiaomi’s Civi 5 Pro (~ ‘25067PYE3C’) and 15 Civi (~ Indian variant ‘25067PYE3I’) have also appeared on the IMEI database as well.

A few of the Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro / Xiaomi 15 Civi key specs include the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Elite processor, 6.55″ micro-quad-curved 1.5K display, Leica-branded triple camera unit with 50MP telephoto lens (OIS), dual selfie cameras, 5500 mAh battery, and light-weight design featuring a premium metal frame. In related news, the specs of the Snapdragon 8s Elite processor were also shared online recently. It is said to use TSMC’s 4nm process technology and feature a core architecture with a Cortex X4 core (clocked at 3.21 GHz), three Cortex A720 cores (clocked at 3.01 GHz), two Cortex A720 cores (clocked at 2.80 GHz), and two Cortex A720 cores (clocked at 2.02 GHz). An Adreno 825 GPU and 6MB SLC – 8MB L3 cache are its other specs. The chipset is also pointed out to have scored over 2 million points on AnTuTu. To add, it is positioned below Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and performs closer when compared to Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, with the same GPU and ISP as of the latest Snapdragon 8s Elite.

Apart from the Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro (and its re-branded – Xiaomi 15 Civi), the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro is also tipped to use the Snapdragon 8s Elite processor, and both these may hit the market in the mid-half of next month, in April 2025.
