ASUS ROG Ally X Revealed To Offer 10 Hours Of Battery Life And Hi-Res Audio Support; Price In South Korea Tipped
Asus is all set to unveil its next gaming handheld console, ROG Ally X on 2 June in the global markets. After the launch announcement, the rumor mill has been buzzing regarding the specs and pricing details of this upcoming console.
Well once again the leaked specs of ROG Ally X have surfaced online and along with that the pricing of the device in the South Korean market is also tipped. Let’s take a look to know more.
ASUS ROG Ally X: Leaked Specs
The console will feature a 7-inch FHD display that offers 500nits high brightness, 100% sRGB, and 120Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme Processor with 8 cores of “Zen4” architecture and AMD RDNA 3 GPU. It will be backed by an 80Wh large capacity battery that offers 10 hours of battery life in general and 3 hours of battery life for heavy gaming. The console will offer 24GB RAM and 1TB SSD storage.
It will arrive with Armoury Crate SE that enables customization of your game library, button light effect adjustment, and features performance customization suspension control panel. It features a USB 4 thunderbolt port that allows 40Gbps high-speed all-function transmission. The console comes with comfortable ergonomics and a grip design with a 670g body. It comes with Hi-Res Audio and Dolby Atmos support. While users can use a fingerprint scanner for quick login.
Earlier it was said that the 1TB storage variant will come for $799 globally while today it is tipped that the console will be arriving for KRW 1,592,310 in South Korea which roughly converts to $1,150. Which is $350 USD more than the previous leaked price.
