Check Out Some of the New Technologies Apple is Currently Testing
In the recent past, we saw how Apple’s new patent showed how it plans on adding more customizable physical buttons on future iPhones, whereas another update pointed to how Apple is partnering with Sony to bring PlayStation VR2 controller support to its Vision Pro headset. We also came across updates concerning the next fourth generation iPhone SE model with moniker ‘iPhone 16E’ and that is possibly coming as the fifth model to the iPhone 16 series. Moreover, few updates concerning the iPhone 17 series, iOS 19 operating system, and M5 series chips were also shared a few days back.
Now, via a Chinese tipster’s recent Weibo update, some of the new technologies that Apple is currently testing have been revealed online. Read more about it below.
Apple’s New Technologies Currently in Tests
This update comes from the reliable tipster – Digital Chat Station, who in his Weibo post notes that Apple is testing some of its new technologies such as the multi-fold mid-bottom periscope telephoto lens, variable aperture main camera, folding screen, and a miniaturized ToF 3D face recognition feature.
While the tipster hasn’t shared anything more about these technologies that are being tested, it can be expected on upcoming Apple products, however, do note that not all technologies reaches or will be introduced with new Apple products, and mostly some of them will always be dropped without pursuing.
