Last month Qualcomm introduced Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 SoC that arrived with enhanced Kryo CPU, AI capabilities, and much more. And today the company has launched its latest- Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 chipset that features skillful camera capabilities, gigabit connectivity, resilient performance, and much more.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 4s Gen 2: Features
It is built on 4nm process technology equipped with a Kryo CPU that relies on a 64-bit architecture with up to 2GHz peak core frequency. The chipset comes with Qualcomm Adreno GPU. It arrives with support for UFS 3.1 storage and LPDDR4x RAM with up to 2133MHz. It comes with a Snapdragon 5G Modem-RF system that supports downlink up to 1Gbps. It supports dual WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity.
It comes with a Qualcomm Spectra Image Signal Processor that supports a 16MP+16MP dual camera with a 30fps zero shutter log and up to a 32MP single camera with a 30fps zero shutter log. It arrives with camera features like multi-frame noise reduction, motion compensation temporal filter for video, face detection, and video image stabilization. The chipset comes with support for an FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
The chipset enables support for Quick Charge 4+ technology while it also supports GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo, NavIC, QzSS, dual frequency GNSS, and sensor-assisted positioning. It also offers various enhanced security and audio features.
