[Exclusive] Vivo Y29 5G Smartphone Offline Poster and Launch Time Frame in India Leaked
For our most anticipated readers who have been waiting for a new exclusive update, we have one for you now. Vivo, one among the leading Chinese smartphone makers, will be launching a new Y-series model soon for Indian consumers and its offline poster along with the launch time frame have been leaked. Via the poster image, certain key details have been revealed as well.
Here’s our exclusive report for you.
Vivo Y29 5G – Launching After 15th December in India
Following its IMEI listing, Vivo’s Y29 5G device was certified by the BIS and Bluetooth SIG authorities two months back, and this had confirmed its arrival to the Indian market. The leaked offline poster image reaffirms it. Also, just like most of the other Y-series devices such as the Y300 5G and Y58 5G that were unveiled in India, the Y29 5G has also been teased with the tagline – ‘It’s My Style’.
Speaking of the revealed details, we are able to understand that in the Indian market, customers will be offered three color models – Pink/Peach, Light Blue, and Dark Blue/Violet color. The device also comes with AI capabilities and is certified by the SGS authority for good durability. Additionally, it is also IP64-rated with water and dust resistance.
In India, many bank offers will also be made available to customers with the Y29 5G model, with up to INR 1,500 cashback, Easy to Own EMI Scheme at INR 1,399 starting price per month, and V-Shield protection plans. About its launch time frame, from what has been revealed, this latest Vivo Y29 5G smartphone is said to be launched after the 15th of December 2024 in the Indian market.
Just to add, design-wise, the upcoming Y29 5G resembles the Y19s model that was launched recently in Thailand and other selected global markets. One can spot similar design features like the flat rear and side panels, rectangular-shaped vertically-placed camera module (housing two camera sensors, a ring LED light, and two other flashlights), and volume rocker and power button at the right side panel. Similar to the Y19s, the Y29 5G also appears to have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
However, the Y29 5G may not be an entirely re-branded version of the Y19s smartphone as a better processor powered the previous Y28 5G model (Y19s – Unisoc Tiger T612 (12 nm); Y28 5G – Mediatek Dimensity 6020 (7 nm)), and the Y19s only supports up to 4G network connectivity.
More updates about Vivo’s upcoming Y29 5G device can be expected in the coming days as the launch time frame is quite near. Stay tuned without missing out on any of these future updates.
