HTech had previously revealed plans to launch a series of smartphones in the Indian market. Last month, in May, we spotted the banner of the Honor 200 series on Amazon, but it has since been removed. However, we have now found traces of the Honor 200 Pro on the BIS certification site, hinting at its imminent launch.
Here are the details:
Honor 200 Pro BIS
The Honor 200 Pro has been listed with the model number “ELP-NX9” and was approved on 24th June 2024. Although the specific moniker is not mentioned, the 200 series has been launched globally, so we know this model number belongs to the Pro variant. As of now, only the Pro variant has been listed on the BIS. We hope to see more details emerging about this smartphone, and it is expected to have similar specs to the global variant.
Pricing and other details are still under wraps, and it is too early to make any assumptions. However, in the coming days, we may get a clearer picture of how HTech plans to bring the 200 series to the Indian market.
