Honor Magic 7 RSR Camera Specs Tipped; Launch Said to Take Place in Late December 2024 and Pre-Order Now Live
The Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Honor, has already unveiled its Magic 7 series with two smartphone models, and reportedly two more devices will be launched under the series. The Magic 7 RSR is one among the upcoming devices and now, a tipster on the Weibo platform has tipped its camera specs along with the possible launch time frame. The pre-order for the device is also currently live.

Honor Magic 7 RSR – Tipped Camera Specs and Launch Time Frame
Honor’s Magic 7 RSR smartphone has already been a part of a few reports and it has received certifications from China’s 3C and MIIT authorities. Via these previous updates, many of its expected specs have been revealed and the new update aligns with it.
Based on what tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed via his Weibo post, the Honor Magic 7 RSR, as expected, would likely be sporting a triple camera system itself. He notes that it will probably sport a 50MP 1/1.3″± large variable aperture main camera, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a 200MP 1/1.4″ periscope telephoto camera with 3x zoom capability. In addition to this, the tipster also notes that an AON ToF 3D sensor may also be present.
The Honor Magic 7 RSR was previously confirmed to make its debut this month in December 2024, and the tipster points out that the launch may take place towards the end of the month, in late December 2024. He also adds that the device is the first iterative imaging flagship of this time.
Speaking more, other expected/revealed specifications of the upcoming Honor Magic 7 RSR device include the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, 6.8″ LTPO quad-curved display with 1.5K screen resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, 50MP AON selfie camera, 100W wired and 80W wireless fast charging features, single-point ultrasonic fingerprint reader, IP68/IP69 rated body, and dual satellite support. The device is also said to feature the Flyline Porsche design and a hexagonal-shaped projected rear camera module. It will be offered in two color choices of Provence Purple and Agate Gray.
Apart from the Magic 7 RSR, a Magic 7 Lite model is also coming. This device was spotted on Google Play Console and GCF databases, and has received the EMVCo approval for secure contactless pay.
Honor Magic 7 RSR – Pre-Order Now Live
As mentioned, the pre-order for the Honor Magic 7 RSR smartphone went live recently in the Chinese market today on the 13th of December 2024 at 10:08 AM local time and interested customers can pre-order it till 11:59 PM local time, on 31st of December 2024. [Do note that the tipster has pointed to a launch by the end of this month in December 2024].
