Honor Magic V3 Global Variant Spotted On Multiple Certification Websites; Launch Seems Imminent
In the mid of July this year, the smartphone brand Honor officially unveiled its latest Honor Magic V3 smartphone in its home country China. If we talk about the global launch, we already reported to you that Honor has teased the launch of this foldable in the UK, though the launch date was not specified increasing the curiosity of the users.
Well, the device seems to be nearing its global launch as the Honor Magic V3 global variant has started bagging various certifications. Our team at The Tech Outlook has spotted Honor Magic V3 on the GCF database with model number FCP-N49.
The listing reveals that the smartphone will be arriving with 5G connectivity with support for 15 5G frequency bands- n1, n2, n3, n5, n8, n20, n28 (20MHz bandwidth), n28 (30MHz bandwidth), n38, n40, n41, n66, n77, n78 and n79. Other than this Honor Magic V3 global variant is also spotted on SIRIM and IMDA certification websites.
Except for the moniker and model number, the listings do not reveal much about the upcoming smartphone but they do suggest that the device is nearing its global launch. In the coming days, we might get to know some more details regarding the device while Honor might also soon announce the launch date of this global variant.
Honor Magic V3: Specifications (Chinese variant)
Honor Magic V3 smartphone comes with a 7.92-inch primary full HD+ LTPO OLED display with a resolution of 2,344×2,156 pixels, and a 6.43-inch LTPO OLED cover display with a 2376×1060 pixels resolution. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage.
The smartphone runs MagicOS 8.0.1 based on Android 14. It also comes with the RF chip C1+. In the camera department, the Honor Magic V3 smartphone has a 50MP main camera, a 40MP ultra wide-angle camera, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera on the rear side.
While the external and internal displays feature a 20MP selfie camera. The phone is backed by a 5150 mAh battery that supports Honor 66W Super Fast Charge and 50W wireless charging.
