Huawei Pura 80 Series Display and Camera Specs Suggested by Chinese Tipster

Following the April 2024- released Pura 70 series devices, Huawei, one among the leading Chinese smartphone makers, is revealed to soon unveil its next Pura 80 series. We had previously come across a few updates concerning the upcoming series and now, more details have been shared via a Chinese tipster on the Weibo platform, revealing display and camera specs.

Huawei Pura 80 Series – Tipped Display and Camera Specs

This update comes from the tipster who goes by the name – Smart Pikachu and via his Weibo update, he points out that the upcoming Pura 80 series will consist of smartphones with 6.6″ straight screen and 6.8″ curved (probably slightly curved) screen models. Moreover, he notes that a new main camera and telephoto camera sensors are also going to be featured on the smartphones. Also to add, the new smartphones of the series are also revealed to hit the market soon.

In related news, early last month, tipster Digital Chat Station had also shared that the Pura 80 series would come with a new periscope telephoto lens. Another update also revealed that the series would sport a top-tier OmniVision OV50X camera sensor too. Regarding the launch, it is said to take place in the second quarter of next year (Q2 2025).

Speaking more, the Pura 80 series of Huawei which will obviously be a camera-specialized series will be following the newly launched Mate 70 series and Mate X6 foldable performance-specialized devices.
