Infinix Hot 50 Pro and 50 Pro Plus spotted on Google Play Console
Recently, Infinix launched the Hot 50 5G in the Indian market, and now we’ve spotted the Infinix Hot 50 Pro and 50 Pro Plus on the Google Play Console. This suggests that both smartphones may soon be officially revealed.
Here is more to it.
Infinix Hot 50 Pro and Pro Plus Google Play Console
Starting with the Pro variant, it’s listed with the model number “X6881” on the Google Play Console. The listing reveals the SoC to be the MediaTek MT6789, which could either be the Helio G99 or Helio G100, paired with a Mali G57 GPU clocked at 1068MHz. It shows a total of 8 CPU cores, with 2 cores running at 2.2GHz and 6 cores at 2GHz. You can expect Android 14 out of the box and at least 8GB of RAM.
The listing also indicates a screen resolution of 1080 x 2346 pixels and a pixel density of 480 DPI.
Next up is the Hot 50 Pro Plus, which is listed with the model number “X6880” on the Google Play Console. Here, it’s shown to feature the MediaTek MT6789V/CD SoC, which also corresponds to the MediaTek Helio G99, paired with the Mali G57 GPU clocked at 1068MHz. It also displays 2 CPU cores running at 2.2GHz and 6 cores running at 2GHz.
Additionally, the listing reveals Android 14, 8GB RAM, and a screen resolution of 1080 x 2346 pixels.
Now, here’s my thought: both the Pro and Pro Plus variants are shown with the MediaTek Helio G99, but I suspect that one of them may actually be powered by the Helio G100.
With both of these models spotted, an official launch announcement could be just around the corner.
