Infinix Zero 40 4G spotted on Google Play Console along with TUV certification

Infinix will soon add two new smartphones to its Zero series, called Zero 40 4G and Zero 40 5G. Earlier, the 5G variant was spotted on the FCC and Geekbench certifications with the model number “X6861”, which revealed it to be powered by the Dimensity 8200 and running Android 14 OS out of the box with at least 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. Now, the 4G variant has been spotted on the Google Play Console along with TUV certification.

Let’s find out more about it.

Infinix Zero 40 4G

The listing shows the model number “X6860” with the moniker Infinix Zero 40. Under the hood, it might be powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 SoC paired with the Mali G57 GPU. The CPU will have two clusters, with 2 cores clocked at 2.2 GHz and 6 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz. Furthermore, it will run on Android 14 OS out of the box and come with at least 8GB of RAM.

The screen size shown in the listing is 1080×2436 with a pixel density of 480 DPI. Now, let me share the findings from the TUV certification.

The same model number “X6860″ appears on the TUV certification as well. However, unlike the Google Play Console, it doesn’t reveal the moniker. It does, however, indicate that a 4900 mAh battery will power this upcoming smartphone. The earlier FCC listing also suggested that it might have a 512GB storage variant.

Additionally, the 5G variant is expected to feature a 6.78” curved AMOLED display, which I also anticipate will be included in the 4G variant.
