After being a part of rumor mill for a long time, the Infinix Zero 40 Series finally made its debut last month in the global market. The series included Infinix Zero 40 5G and Infinix Zero 40 4G. It was expected that the company might soon unveil this series in the Indian market as well but there was no official confirmation regarding the same.
91mobiles has now exclusively revealed that the Infinix Zero 40 5G smartphone will launch in India on 18th September at 12PM. The device is said to be made available via Flipkart.
The above launch announcement image is said to be made available soon by the company. The device is revealed to arrive with Infinix AI that includes features like- AI Eraser, AI Wallpaper, AI Cut-Out Sticker, AI Vlog, AI Image generator, AI Translate, and AI Text generator.
The design of the Indian variant looks similar to the global variant and it is expected that both variants will have similarities in terms of specs also.
Infinix Zero 40 5G: Specifications (global variant)
It features a 6.74-inch wide curved AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, 1300 nits peak brightness, and up to 144Hz refresh rate. Infinix Zero 40 5G smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor. It runs on XOS 14.5. It is backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 45W wired charging, up to 20W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging.
The device comes with a 108MP main camera with OIS support, with 50MP and 2MP depth sensors. It also has the pre-installed GoPro Quik app and a dedicated GoPro mode.
