Infinix’s First Tablet “XPAD” expected to Launch in Both LTE and WiFi-Only Variants: Spotted on Google Play Console, UAE’s TDRA, and TUV Certifications

After POCO, Infinix is now entering the tablet market, as evidenced by its earlier appearance on the EEC certification. However, we didn’t have the moniker or the specs of this upcoming tablet at that time. Now, we have exclusively spotted it on the Google Play Console listing, along with UAE’s TDRA and TUV certifications, which have revealed more details about this upcoming tablet from Infinix.

Infinix XPAD on Google Play Console, TDRA and TUV

We have spotted two model numbers, “X1101” and “X1101B,” on the Google Play Console listing with the same moniker Infinix XPAD. Although the model numbers are different, both carry the same specs, according to the Google Play Console.  Out of the two model numbers, “X1101” is listed on the UAE’s TDRA certification, which reveals it to be the WiFi-only variant. Therefore, we can assume that the other model number, “X1101B,” will be the LTE variant.

Returning to the Google Play Console, the listing shows the chipset model number “Mediatek MT8781V/CA” for both variants, corresponding to the MediaTek Helio G99 SoC. The CPU has two clusters: one with 2 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and the other with 6 cores clocked at 2.0GHz. The GPU will be the Mali G57 with a frequency of 1000MHz. Both models will boot from Android 14 out of the box. The WiFi-only unit is listed with at least 4GB of RAM, while the LTE variant is shown with at least 8GB of RAM.

The screen size listed is 1200×1920 with a screen density of 280 DPI. The placeholder image in the listing reveals a punch-hole camera layout with a small speaker grill located next to it. Additionally, the power button and volume rocker can be seen on the right top edge.

Furthermore, we have spotted the model number “X1101” on the TUV certification, which reveals it will have a 6800 mAh battery.

Currently, there is no word from Infinix about this upcoming tablet. However, given these certifications, we may hear something soon. Keep following The Tech Outlook for more tech updates.
