iQOO 13 key specifications leaked, display, chipset, configuration details emerge
Several smartphone brands in China are expected to launch new flagship phones featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip by the end of this year. The iQOO 13 and 13 Pro phones are also expected to be unveiled in November or December of this year. Today, tipster Digital Chat Station seemingly shared the key specifications of the iQOO 13.

The latest Weibo post by tipster revealed that the current engineering prototype of the iQOO 13 features a flat OLED 8T LTPO panel that offers a 1.5K resolution. To be precise, it offers a resolution of 2800 x 1260 pixels.
Under the hood, the alleged iQOO 13 will have the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, 16 GB of RAM, and 1 TB of storage. The tipster claimed that the device will have a very big battery but did not reveal its exact size. The leak does not provide information about the device’s camera capabilities.
In related news, iQOO recently launched the iQOO Neo 9s Pro with the Dimensity 9300+ chip in the Chinese market. In December 2023, iQOO announced an updated version of the Neo 9 Pro in China.
According to reports, the brand is currently developing the iQOO Neo 9s Pro+ handset. The device is likely to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. This indicates that it may compete with upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 phones, such as the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro and the Realme GT 6 in the Chinese market.
