Leaked Renders of Google Pixel Watch 3 Reveal Similar Design to Predecessor, also a bigger Pro model is expected
Google’s upcoming smartwatch, the Google Watch 3, is once again making headlines. The reason is a new leaked render, thanks to Onleaks, which has shed light on the design and some of the specs of this smartwatch. Additionally, Onleaks in collaboration with 91mobiles has shared that a bigger Pro model is expected from Google this time.
Google Pixel Watch 3 leaked renders
If you were expecting major design changes from Google for this upcoming smartwatch, you might be disappointed. According to leaked renders, it looks exactly like the Google Watch 2, with a circular bezel-less display and a rotating crown on the right side. The screen size remains at 1.2 inches, just like its predecessor. However, the dimensions provided by Onleaks are 40.79 x 40.73 x 14mm, making it slightly shorter than the Pixel Watch 2, which measures 41 x 41 x 12.3mm.
The renders showcase it in black, but according to the publication, more colours are expected. Additionally, an alleged smartwatch from Google was recently spotted on the Dekra and Safety Korea websites, revealing it to have a 307 mAh battery, a slight improvement over its predecessor’s 304 mAh. Google may increase the thickness of the smartwatch due to the larger battery size.
This time, Google will offer two variants of this smartwatch. According to the publication, we might see a Pro model.
Regarding its launch timeline, it is expected to be released in October of this year, along with the Pixel 9 series.
