Google’s Smartphone series, Google Pixel, was one of the major enhancements of this year. As we are nearing the end of 2022, we see Google has made some names starting from the Google Pixel 6 line. The same can be accounted for the Google Pixel 7 series as it gained some renowned success in the tech realm. But what does Google has for its users in the upcoming years? Let’s get a gist of it.

Google Pixel 7a and Pixel Fold
It is very palpable of Google to release two new Pixel phones in 2023. We, at Outlook, have already discussed in the previous articles how these pixel phones have been rumored to unveil. The two Pixel phones, codenamed “lynx” for Pixel 7a and “Felix” for Pixel Fold, may launch around April or May next year. Pixel Fold will be Google’s first foldable phone.
Since there have only been leaks of the expected specs and expected prices, nothing can be said surely about the devices. Nothing except the fact that they are indeed in line to be revealed soon. However, the prices are expected to be the same as Pixel 6a for Pixel 7a.

Google Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro
After the Pixel 7 series, coming to Google New Pixel, Google Pixel 8 and 8 Pro. It is speculated that Google may also launch these two new phones next year. Pixel 8, codenamed “Shiba”, may be similar to Pixel 7a in display features and Pixel 8 Pro, codenames husky, will imitate the Pixel 7 Pro.

Pixel 8a, codenamed “Akita”, may also make a debut but this is only just speculation as everything else. Its prices will same as the 7a or so we think.

Google Pixel 9 series
By the end of next year, Google may also introduce to us its Pixel 9 Series which will contain vanilla Google Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, codenamed “komodo” and a smaller Pro-level model.
It is speculated by the sources given to Android Authority, that the Pixel 9 series phones will closely be similar to the iPhone 14 Series.
For the years that follow 2023, Google will start releasing more of its foldable after Felix is their first. There are many speculations that can be made for Google’s Foldables but guessing about something that far loses its accuracy. So, for now, these are the Google smartphones that we are actively expecting next year. Let’s wait and behold how this unfolds!
