Motorola Edge 50 first press renders revealed, will be launching soon in India as the slimmest MIL-810 Military grade phone
Recalling that Motorola has already launched the Edge 50 series in both India and the global markets, we currently have the Edge 50 Pro, Edge 50 Ultra, and Edge 50 Fusion in this series. It appears that two new models will be joining the Edge 50 series: the Edge 50 and Edge 50 Neo. Both of these models have appeared on several certifications. It now seems that the Indian audience will soon see the vanilla variant, “Edge 50.” Motorola has been teasing a new smartphone that will launch via Flipkart and the Motorola India website. Motorola claims it to be the world’s slimmest MIL-810 military-grade phone. Although the moniker is still absent from the listing, a new report claims it to be the vanilla variant of the Edge 50 series, called “Motorola Edge 50.” I will discuss it further in the article below.
Motorola Edge 50 renders Leeaked
This first-hand information comes from 91mobiles Hindi, who collaborated with the tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore. The publication has shared only the press renders, not the specifications, so we may have to wait for those details. Let’s first take a look at how it looks.
Firstly, these leaked press renders appear to be of the Motorola Edge 50 Neo, whose renders were also leaked recently. The Edge 50 Neo is expected to come with a flat display and will be the only one in the Edge 50 Series to have this feature.
Now, coming back to the Edge 50, the front features a punch-hole camera layout with curved edges. It has symmetrical bezels on three sides, though the chin appears to be slightly larger compared to the bezels on the other three sides. Additionally, the publication notes that it may come with a pOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
The back features a triple camera setup placed on a squarish hump with an LED flash. Additionally, the back appears to have a vegan leather finish, with the Motorola logo positioned in the middle. The speaker grille, USB Type-C socket, and SIM slot are located at the bottom of the smartphone. Motorola may launch it in three color options: Gray, Green, and Pantone color Peach.
Regarding the specs, it is still uncertain, but more information is expected to start coming in soon.
