Motorola Edge 60 Fusion and Edge 60 Pro renders leaked online; Key details also revealed

Last year Motorola launched various smartphones under its Edge 50 series both globally and in the Indian market. And now the brand is expected to unveil the successor of this series- Motorola Edge 60 series. Previously an unboxing video of Motorola Edge 60 Ultra was posted on YouTube but that was discovered as a fake leak.

German website, Winfuture has recently shared press renders of Motorola Edge 60 series models. Though the moniker is not confirmed due to visual similarities and few recognizable equipment details, it is assumed that the renders are of Motorola Edge 60 and Edge 60 Pro models.

Motorola Edge 60 will probably arrive in Turquoise, Blue and Rose/Pink colors while the Pro model seems to arrive in Violet, green and Dark Blue color options. The phones will feature a vegan leather finish on the back.

The lack of antenna strips in the above images suggests that Motorola may ditch the use of metal frames in the upcoming models. Both the devices are quite similar in terms of design. The Pro model features a slightly curved display while both the devices arrive with a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. Volume and power buttons are on the right side while the charging port, speaker grille, and SIM slot are at the bottom. The rear side features a square camera module that houses three camera sensors and an LED flash.

Well, there is also an additional button on the left side of the Pro model that is said to be used to trigger the recording.

Motorola is said to use a 50MP Sony Lytia 900 camera sensor with OIS support for the main camera with a pixel length of 2.0 micrometers for both devices. The difference lies in the focal length offered by the smartphones- Edge 60 offers a focal length equivalent of 12 to 24mm while Edge 60 Pro offers a focal length equivalent of 12 to 73mm.

Motorola launched the first Edge 50 series model- Edge 50 Pro in April 2024, hence the upcoming Edge 60 series is expected to debut around the same time. Stay tuned for more latest updates related to this upcoming smartphone series.
