Motorola to skip Moto G74 and may launch the Moto G75 soon, alleged press renders leaked
It appears that Motorola might indeed skip the Moto G74 and instead launch the Moto G75, which will serve as the successor to the Moto G73, released in January this year. Motorola seems to have opted for a design similar to the Edge 50 series, which we’ve already seen.
Here is more to it.
Moto G75 Renders leaked
This first-hand information comes from the team at 91Mobiles, who have obtained renders of the upcoming Moto G75, along with some key specifications.
According to the publication, the device will feature a 6.8″ Full HD+ display and boast IP68 military-grade durability with underwater protection. In terms of design, the back is flat with a raised, squash-shaped camera module housing three circular cutouts. Among these, the primary camera is a 50MP Sony LYTIA 600 sensor with OIS support. The front display has a punch-hole layout with narrower bezels, though the chin is slightly thicker compared to its predecessor. Unfortunately, there’s no information yet on the front selfie camera sensor.
Unlike the Moto G73 5G, which was powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 930, the Moto G75 will feature a Snapdragon chipset, though the specific model hasn’t been confirmed. Additionally, it will come equipped with Dolby Atmos for enhanced sound quality, and on the right edge, it has a volume rocker and a power button, which may also double as a fingerprint sensor.
At least we now have a clearer idea of what to expect from Motorola’s next G series smartphone. However, it’s still unclear which markets the Moto G75 will be available in.
