New OnePlus Pad Tablet Device Key Specifications Tipped Online by Chinese Tipster: Coming Soon

A new update has arrived pointing out that OnePlus might soon be bringing out a new tablet device to market and tipster Digital Chat Station has shared some of its key specs. From what it seems, this could be a re-branded OPPO Pad 3 device.

Here’s more about it.

Upcoming OnePlus Tablet – Tipped Key Specs

As per tipster Digital Chat Station’s Weibo update, this upcoming OnePlus Tablet has been tipped to feature a 11.6″ LCD display screen with a 2800 x 2000 pixels resolution (2.8K) and a 144Hz refresh rate support, and is pointed out to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8350 chipset. It might also be sporting 8MP front and 8MP rear cameras, and could be packing a 9520 mAh battery with 67W wired fast charging support.

To add, in the comments section, to a Weibo users query, Digital Chat Station has also mentioned that this OnePlus tablet might be breaking its cover soon.

OPPO unveiled its Pad 3 tablet last month in the Chinese market and this upcoming device is suggested to be the re-branded version of the latest OPPO tablet based on the tipped specs. OnePlus so far has launched four tablet models and its previous tablet series consisted of three tablets – OnePlus Pad, OnePlus Pad Go, and OnePlus Pad Pro. This year in 2024, we saw the debut of the first OnePlus Pad 2 series tablet – the OnePlus Pad 2.

Speaking more, OPPO’s Pad 2 device was re-branded as the OnePlus Pad, whereas the OPPO Pad 3 Pro got re-packaged as the OnePlus Pad 2. Considering this, even if the tipster has mentioned the upcoming tablet as ‘OnePlus Tablet Standard Version’, this may not be the next OnePlus Pad 3, but rather the next OnePlus Pad 2 Go or OnePlus Pad Go 2 model, with similar specs of the OPPO Pad 3 device.

With more updates that can be expected in the coming days, we may be able to conclude this assumption. Stay tuned.
