OnePlus 13 Smartphone Display Specs Revealed Via BOE X2 Display Panel Launch in China

BOE has today unveiled its latest X2 display panel, and this has confirmed some of the display specifications of the upcoming OnePlus 13 flagship smartphone that is expected to debut this month in China.

OnePlus 13 – Revealed Display Specs

As per what has been revealed, the OnePlus 13 smartphone’s BOE X2 display will be bringing many industry first display features to the device. It features an 8T LTPO AMOLED quad-curved display panel with 2K resolution and is pointed out to be integrated with the Display P2 chip. Dolby Vision, HDR Vivid, HDR10+, and Flicker 2.0 PWM will be supported on the device. The display has also received Display Mate++ rating and TUV Rheinland Smart Face Protector High Visibility Certification. The Bright Eye Protection 2.0 support will also ensure both eye protection and better display quality for its users.

The upcoming OnePlus 13 flagship apart from the BOE X2 display panel, is also confirmed to arrive with the OriginOS 5 custom skin based on the Android 15 operating system pre-installed within it in China, and the device is suggested to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Its 3C listing revealed that it will support a 100W wired fast charging feature, while reports also claim that the device would have magnetic wireless charging and Qi charging features too. A 6000 mAh battery backup is also expected and it was revealed with its recent TAF Fast Charging and TUV Rheinland certifications.

OnePlus is most likely to have its 13 flagship debut this month itself, and an announcement can be expected after Qualcomm’s latest flagship processor launch. Also, after the Chinese launch that is expected to take place soon, the global variant of the OnePlus 13 smartphone is also said to have its global launch later in the month of December 2024 or January 2025.
