OnePlus Ace 5 Performance Test Reveals Key Details About The Smartphone
The smartphone brand OnePlus recently teased the launch of the OnePlus Ace 5 smartphone series and it was confirmed that the series will launch this month in China though the exact launch date is not known yet. The series is said to include two models OnePlus Ace 5 and the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro.
Now ahead of the upcoming launch of this smartphone series, tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed the performance test results of the OnePlus Ace 5 on Weibo.
OnePlus Ace 5: Performance Test Results Revealed
The test was conducted at 20 degrees Celsius room temperature and with 440 nits screen brightness. While playing Genshin Impact, the smartphone was at an average frame rate of 60.2 FPS, and power consumption was 4.8W. It is revealed that the power consumption was less than Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC but close it Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC.
During Honor of Kings, the device achieved an average frame rate of 119.5 FPS and the power consumption was 3.38W. Again the power consumption was less than Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 but at par withthe latest Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. Meanwhile playing Honkai: Star Rail, the frame rate was 55.2 FPS and power consumption was 5.71W.
As per the tipster, the upcoming smartphone sports a BOE X2 pure straight screen that offers a 1.5K screen resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It is said to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC that may be powered by 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. It is said that when it comes to gaming performance, the OnePlus Ace 5 is nothing more than a more aggressive Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC.
This device has recently made its appearance on Geekbench this smartphone is said to launch globally as a OnePlus 13R smartphone.
