OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite stops by NBTC with model number “CPH2621”
OnePlus has two new smartphones coming up under its Nord series: the Nord 4 and the Nord CE 4 Lite. Recently, we spotted the Nord CE 4 Lite along with the model number “CPH2619” on the Bluetooth SIG. Although the moniker wasn’t present for the CPH2619, it is speculated to be the Nord 4. Now, the Nord CE 4 Lite has passed another telecom authority, NBTC, indicating its imminent launch.
OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite NBTC
This smartphone has been listed on the NBTC with the model number “CPH2621” and the moniker OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite. If you notice a spelling mistake, it’s not “OneOlus Nord CE 4 Lite” but “OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite.” The listing shows the certificate number “B38364-24”; however, the date of issue is missing. Additionally, it shows “Cellular Mobile (GSM/WCDMA/LTE/NR)” under telecommunication equipment.
While this certification has limited data regarding its specifications, a recent listing on Bluetooth SIG revealed that it will have Bluetooth Version 5.3. Additionally, a recent Geekbench listing of the CPH2621 showcased that it would be powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3. However, this was later debunked, as the Nord CE 4 came with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, making it unlikely for an inferior model to have a better chipset. Some rumors suggest it may instead be powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC.
It is also rumored to come with a 6.67″ FHD+ AMOLED display featuring a 120Hz refresh rate, an in-display fingerprint sensor, a triple rear camera setup with 50MP, 2MP, and 16MP sensors, and will run Android 14 out of the box. The tipster who predicted the chipset also mentioned that the smartphone would receive 2 OS upgrades and 3 years of security patch updates.
It is expected to come under a price range of ₹20,000.
