Realme 14x 5G Chinese Variant Certified by the TENAA and CMIIT Authorities: Key Specs and Renders Revealed
Realme, one among the leading smartphone makers based in China, unveiled its Realme 14x 5G model two months back in the Indian market (later also in global market) and now, the brand is revealed to launch a Chinese variant for the device. Yes, the Realme 14x 5G Chinese variant has received the TENAA and CMIIT certifications in its home market. Also, via the certification listings, a few of its key specs and render images have also been revealed.

Realme 14x 5G Chinese Variant – TENAA and CMIIT Certifications
The Chinese variant of the Realme 14x 5G smartphone bears the model number – ‘RMX3949′, and it has been certified by the TENAA authority with the certificate number – ’02-D545-250332’. The device has been listed as a 5G digital mobile phone and few of its key features as pointed out include all-network access, large capacity battery, fingerprint recognition, face recognition, and dual SIM dual standby.
Speaking more, the upcoming Realme 14x 5G Chinese variant will be using an octa-core processor with a primary clock speed of 2.4 GHz. It will run on the Android operating system (with the Realme UI on top), and will be offered in 4GB/6GB/8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB/1TB storage (up to 2TB expandable memory support). A 6.67″ IPS LCD display screen with 720 x 1604 pixels resolution and 16.7 million colors is also part of the device. At the rear, a 50MP main camera, and for selfies, an 8MP front-facing camera are also present. The device also packs a 5860 mAh rated battery too (may be 6000 mAh typical battery). Other revealed specs are 2G/3G/4G/5G network, Bluetooth, USB, gravity sensor, distance sensor, and light sensor. Dimension wise, it will measure 165.7 x 76.22 x 7.99 mm in size, and will have a total weight of 197 gm.
About the CMIIT certification, the Realme 14x 5G Chinese variant has received the certification with the CMIIT ID – ’24C508TP3570′ and approval certificate number – ‘2025-2290’. Its CMIIT certification will be valid for five years.
Coming to its revealed render images, the Realme 14x 5G Chinese variant is revealed to feature a flat display panel with a punch-hole selfie camera, along with a flat rear panel with a rectangular-shaped camera module. Speaking more, the camera module is vertically-placed at the top-left corner with a dual tone design, and has three projected interior circular units and a single LED flashlight. The third interior circular unit is vacant, while it seems that the second could be occupying an auxiliary lens (since the TENAA listing mentions that only two cameras in total are on the device). Also, the device in the image is featured in a Red color, with a unique gradient design.
Just like its display and rear panel, the side panels are also flat in shape, with rounded corners. The right side panel has the volume rocker and power button, while the card tray is on the top portion of the left side panel. To add, the power button will also be serving as a side-mounted fingerprint scanner as well.
From what it seems, the Realme 14x 5G Chinese variant shows similarities with its Indian counterpart, both in terms of specs and design language. Likely, the brand may introduce the Realme 14x 5G Chinese variant with only a few tweaks or changes with respect to the Indian variant.
