Redmi 13 5G will come with snapdragon 4 Gen 2 soc, spotted on Google Play Console
Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi recently launched the Redmi 13 4G in the global market. And is expected to bring a 5G variant of this smartphone, as we have spotted it on the Google Play Console listing. The listing has revealed the key specs this smartphone is going to come with.
Redmi 13 5G Google Play Console Listing
It has been listed with the model number “2406ERN9CC,” and if you look towards the end of the model number, you will notice the letter “C.”. This means it is the Chinese variant that has been spotted, and the early 4 numbers “2406” suggest it may be launched in June, which is this month.
Now for the main part, the listing shows it will be powered by a chipset with model number “QTI SM4450,” which corresponds to the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor. A total of 8 cores will power the CPU, with 2 cores clocked at 2.2 GHz and 6 cores clocked at 1.95 GHz, and it will have a Qualcomm Adreno 613 (955 MHz) GPU.
It shows a screen size of 1080×2460 pixels with a screen density of 440 DPI. Other details revealed are an Android 14-based hyperOS out of the box with 5.6–5.7 GB of RAM, which is likely to be marketed as 6GB. This implies that we should anticipate a variant with 6GB RAM.
An earlier 3C certification also revealed it may come with 33W fast charging support, and an earlier leak hinted at a 5,000 mAh battery.
The listing also shows the front look of this smartphone with a punch-hole design. It also shows the power button and volume rocker located on the right side. But I wouldn’t pay too much heed to it because it looks more like a placeholder image.
From the past leaks, it is expected to come in the Indian market (2406ERN9CI) and the global market(2406ERN9CG).
Although, there is no word from Xiaomi regarding the launch of this smartphone. But, some rumors suggest it may break cover first in China this month only.
