Redmi Pad SE 8.7 4G and WiFi Variants Incoming, Both Spotted on UAE’s TDRA Certification
Starting from where I left off, the Redmi Pad SE 8.7 (WiFi-only) variant was recently spotted on the FCC, IMDA, and EEC certifications with the model number “24075RP89G”. Prior to the WiFi-only variant being spotted on the FCC and EEC, its LTE variant was also sighted in the IMEI, IMDA, and EEC certifications. To provide more clarity, we have now spotted it on the UAE’s TDRA certification, which reveals the moniker along with the model numbers associated with both variants.

So, let’s first focus on the 4G variant of this upcoming tablet. It is listed on the TDRA with the model number “24076RP19G” and has the moniker “Redmi Pad SE 8.7 4G” next to it. The next one is the WiFi-only variant, which is listed with the model number “24075RP89G” and has the moniker “Redmi Pad SE 8.7”. Thanks to the TDRA, under the product type, it shows “Tablet (WiFi only)”. Therefore, it is now confirmed that the model number “24076RP19G” belongs to the 4G variant of the Pad SE 8.7, while “24075RP89G” belongs to the WiFi variant.
Picking up from the earlier listings, it is expected that the Redmi Pad SE 8.7 may come with at least a 64GB storage option. Additionally, it will run on Xiaomi HyperOS 1.0, based on Android 14, out of the box and may support WiFi 5. Furthermore, the “8.7” in the name of this tablet signifies its screen size, which is expected to be 8.7 inches.
Additionally, the Indian variant of the Redmi Pad SE 8.7 4G has already been spotted on the BIS certification with the model number “24076RP19I”. However, the WiFi-only variant has not yet appeared on the BIS.
Now, let’s hope for an announcement from Redmi soon. The starting digits of the model number, “2407,” may hint at a July launch. However, it’s more likely to happen in August.
