Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi is expected to soon unveil its much-awaited Redmi Turbo 4 smartphone in the Chinese market. Earlier the tentative launch date was for this month but it is now said that the device will make its debut in January 2025.
Recently it was tipped that this upcoming device will not include an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and now yet another update related to this device has surfaced online. Recently an alleged image of the Redmi Turbo 4 smartphone was shared by a tipster named Tech Sailor Popeye on Weibo.
The image reveals that on the rear panel two camera rings are present while on the front a central punch hole cutout for the selfie camera is seen along with thin symmetrical bezels. The design looks very similar to the Galaxy S24 model. On the sides, there are volume and power buttons.
Apart from this tipster Experience more on Weibo has also recently tipped the specifications of Redmi Turbo 4.
Redmi Turbo 4: Specs Tipped
The smartphone is said to sport a 6.67 inch 1.5K LTPS display that offers a 120z refresh rate similar to its predecessor Redmi Turbo 3. It is expected to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultra SoC (yet to be announced). It may pack up 50MP and 8MP rear camera sensors while on the front it might be equipped with a 20MP selfie camera. The device is said to be backed by a 6550 mAh battery and support 90W fast charging (the same was revealed via the 3C listing of the device). It is tipped to feature a plastic middle frame, glass back cover, and short focus fingerprint.
Earlier reports suggested that Redmi Turbo 4 will launch as POCO F7 globally as Redmi Turbo 3 made its debut as POCO F6 but a recent report reveals that Redmi Turbo 4 will arrive as POCO X7 Pro.
